During our recent weekend at Hotel Bernerhof in Grindelwald, we were embraced by a delightful blend of luxury and convenience, perfectly situated near the train and bus stations. Upon our arrival, the warm welcome from the staff, especially Katrina, set the tone for our stay; she ensured our gluten-free dietary needs were met with special bread, a thoughtful touch that didn't go unnoticed. Our family room, complete with fantastic views of the iconic Eiger, provided the perfect refuge after a day of adventure on the nearby slopes and hiking trails. Each morning began with a hearty breakfast buffet, offering a good selection of regional delicacies, enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the breathtaking Alpine scenery. The on-site lounge, with its free coffee and tea, was an inviting space to unwind after outdoor excursions. Grindelwald's enchanting charm left us longing to return, especially considering the array of winter sports just outside our door. Whether you're into skiing or serene mountain walks, Hotel Bernerhof stands out as an ideal base for exploring the magnificent Jungfrau region.
